My approach is grounded in the belief that each spirit has a gift they bring to the circle. Every spirit; man, woman or child is represented equal in the circle. Every spirit is honoured in the circle.
Each individual carries lived experience, resilience, strengths, and teachings that have helped them survive and move forward. My role as a facilitator, is the furthest from “fixing”, but to create safe, respectful, and meaningful spaces where they can reconnect with those strengths.
I work through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded lens that honours identity, culture, and lived experience. I focus on building trust, connection, and reflection so participants can explore where they are, where they want to go, and what they already carry within them to get there.
I sincerely love what I do, in my work, it is about respectfully honouring who we are. It is about understanding, learning, and moving forward with clarity, purpose, and renewed connection to self, family, and community.
Every workshop and program is designed to be practical, engaging, and relevant to real-life experiences. I meet people where they are at, and I walk alongside them as they move toward growth, accountability, and positive change.
